Life happening

Not that I really have many followers at this point, but in case anyone cares, tha past month has been pretty busy. We just moved into our new apartment on campu. I no longer have to commute 90 minutes one way 4 days a week. It is a blessing, but WOW was it alot of work getting us here! I was blessed to receive a scholarship to help cover the ost of on campus housing, so it breaks about even for me to live here vs there, lol.
The kids love their rooms! Hayden's is all pink and princess. She was very excited and told me "I am so proud of you, Mommy!" when she saw it. I am not sure what she meant, but it made my heart happy. Gerhardt was finally able to have his Spiderman curtains hung up, and Heinrich has room to leave his train set out 24/7! Life is good!
Paul (Daddy/ex-husband) and I have been growing closer in our friendship and have become able to distance ourselves from jealousy and romantic attachment...a blessing, if not a difficult one to bear. He actully helped alot with the move. How wonderful! He is such a great father.
Also, in the past month I have been able to begin a new relationship with a wonderful sweetheart (born on Valentine's Day), Andy. We met in the engineering building on campus last semester. I don't want to get ahead of myself, but there is definitely potential for a future here, just when I had decided to stop looking he found me. He seems to see under my exterior and is able to get to what I try to keep to myself. He surprises me each day I see him.
I hope to update more frequently now that life is stabilizing somewhat...even if it is more boring, it is far more enjoyable.

"Life, love and laughter...and everything in between"

Hi! Welcome to my life! You should be made aware of the major influences in it before proceeding with your visit.

Gerhardt: male, age 4, loves spiderman and praying in hebrew (more on this later)
Hayden: female, age 3, fond of the color pink and devising new reasons to leave bed at night
Heinrich: male, age 2, answers most questions with "yes", "no", or "CHOO CHOO TRAIN!"

I am a very recently single (as of Dec 28, 2009) mom to the three wonderful souls named above. I am also a college student, studying civil engineering. I wish I could offer profound words of inspiration, but I am here to give myself focus and try to share the experience of life. Thanks for joining us.
